Executive Women of Goizueta invites you to a special health and wellness workshop led by EWG board member, Abby England! How do you ensure your personal resilience and career sustainability? Through the four pillars of health: food, sleep, movement, and stress management. The pillars of health work in harmony, and when they’re prioritized, it’s the ticket for increased energy, less stress, more confidence, and insurance for long term health.
You'll walk away with insights and tools to help manage your wellness strategies such as:
- Identifying your short term and long term health goals
- Providing a deeper understanding of the 'Four Pillars of Health' and how they are the foundation for achieving your health goals
- Identifying unique sources of stress, effective ways to manage it, and mitigate burn out
- Developing a personalized, sustainable action plan to improve or maintain healthy habits
This event is open to anyone in the Emory community of any age or gender. Light snacks will be provided. The cost to attend this event is $15.

Abby England is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach specializing in goal achievement, habit formation, and physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Having spent her career in corporate America, she understands and respects the endless demands of the job and life’s responsibilities that make finding time for one’s selfcare difficult. She is passionate about helping people of high responsibility who have unintentionally burned the candle at both ends find the energy and the time to prioritize their well-being so that they can keep achieving, leading, and making a difference without sacrificing their health any longer.
